My BiteRider account might be compromised

If you notice an unknown transaction in your BiteRider account or suspect that your account may be compromised, we recommend reviewing all the details first or checking with family and friends who may also have access to your account.

Examples of suspicious activities on your BiteRider account.

• An order (foods, groceries, runner) was created without you initiating it.
• You received an email or SMS regarding your Card (Add Card) been charged without you initiating it.
• Your loyalty points were used to purchase without your consent.
• Your BR Wallet Credits were deducted for an unauthorized purchase.
