How to opt out of Self Pick-up service?

Looking to opt-out of the BiteRider Self Pick-up feature for your outlet? Please follow the steps below for us to process your request.

To avoid any fraudulent requests and to keep your merchant information safe, you may submit your requests with an email under the subject "Request to opt-out of Self pick-up service for my outlet" at [email protected].

Here we would like to submit a notice to opt-out BiteRider Self Pick-up feature.

NOTICE TO OPT-OUT SELF PICK-UP SERVICE IN THE MERCHANT AGREEMENT ON THE BITERIDER PLATFORM AND APP

We, Business Registration Name:________________________________________ Business Registration Number:________________________________________ (the “Merchant”) appoints the following outlet(s) who are under the control or authority of the Merchant, to be removed from the Self Pick-up service on BiteRider platform and app.

The Merchant warrants that all necessary approvals have been obtained to give effect to the revision. Nothing contained in this Notice shall amend, change, modify, or alter any other provisions in the Merchant Agreement.
