Can I change my BiteRider Runner Service booking details?

Please note that delivery details such as pick-up address, delivery address, sender/recipient name, telephone number, item weight or details, delivery instructions, or payment mode cannot be changed after your booking has been confirmed.


  • If your parcel hasn’t been picked up yet - You may reach out to our customer support to cancel your booking and make another BiteRider Express Delivery order instead. We encourage you to check through all the delivery details before confirming your next delivery booking.
  • If your parcel has been picked up - You’ll not be able to cancel the delivery booking as a delivery attempt was made. Please kindly contact your recipient directly if you’ve entered any incorrect information. You may also make additional arrangements to ensure that your parcel will be collected successfully. If the driver is unable to complete the delivery, the item will be returned to you.
