Why I didn’t receive order notifications on time?

BiteRider allows you to receive notifications related to your orders or transactions. If you’re receiving your BiteRider order notifications late or not receiving them at all, here are some settings you can check:


  • Please disable the battery saver features to ensure BiteRider.my Merchant app runs smoothly.
  • You have logged out of the BiteRider.my Merchant app.
  • App notifications are disabled on your device.
  • The BiteRider.my Merchant app is shut down on your device.
  • Poor internet connection on your device.
