How do I report the BiteRider Mart issue?
We are sorry that you had an issue with your order. However, you may proceed to report such incidents through the Live Chat in-app by following the steps below:
1. Click on “Orders” at the bottom menu of your BiteRider app.
2. Click on "Chat" button.
Note: Always check your Mart orders immediately and report issues within the first 30 mins of receiving the order.
